|  Being farest near the edges of the western Sea, the Ostengor Empire, lumes over the land, its government is currupt. Not giving the cities people the space and room nessisarry to grow, but they are not there against their will. Most of the inhabitants there are cinical beigns that have lost their innoscence and ability. | |
